Question 1: How long does it take to process an order?
Answer: We process & ship all stock orders same-day if the order is made before 2:00 PM Central Time/3:00 PM Eastern Time. Non-stock items will be processed with estimated ship dates. To inquire about current stock or estimated shipping dates call toll-free at 1(800)242-6184.
Question 2: Do I have to create an account to make an order?
Answer: No you do not have to create an account to make an order. You may checkout as a Guest or Sign In to your personal account. Signing in to My Account will allow you to view past order details as well as track shipping.
Question 3: Can I ship with a third party billing account?
Answer: Yes! During checkout, select “Bill Direct to my Carrier Account” and fill out the form. The NISCO team will then verify account information after purchase.
Question 4: Will I be charged tax?
Answer: NISCO collects sales tax in the following states: TN, AR, MS, KY, MO, LA, TX, AL, FL, GA and OK. The sales tax will appear on the invoice mailed if it was collected. Customers outside these states are responsible for reporting and paying the tax in their district. *A tax exempt certificate must be provided at the time of sale.
Sales tax will be collected for any orders shipping into these states unless a signed tax exemption certificate is on file. If you are a tax exempt customer, please fax your signed tax exemption certificate to (770)418-9401 or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We recommend that customers create an online account so that the tax exemption is applied to all future orders – hassle free.
